Aprelo Inner Beauty Stylists are certified coaches and/or Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioners formally trained in using powerful tools and techniques to help live a more inspired and fulfilled life.

 

We are not psychiatrists, psychologists or therapists. We are smart, savvy women from different walks of life who have experienced first hand the importance and benefits of connecting with, nurturing and celebrating our inner beauty. We’ve been on our own life journeys, which have taken us to very difficult places, and we’ve learned and applied tools and techniques to transform our own lives, create more success for ourselves and enhance our personal wellbeing and happiness. Based on our own personal experiences we are so passionate about helping other smart, savvy women take their lives to new heights.



Gabrielle Aitken: Inner Beauty Stylist & Founder of Aprelo

Founder of Aprelo, Inner Beauty Stylist and wellbeing enthusiast Gabrielle Aitken is absolutely passionate about personal wellbeing and helping women reach their full potential. She believes everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life of wellbeing and happiness and she has learned first hand that nurturing one’s inner beauty is paramount.

 

Having lived a life of self-doubt, emptiness, disappointment, poor health and frustration for many years, Gabrielle devised The Aprelo Method for Inner Beauty to break free from the helplessness and dissatisfaction to live a life that is truly hers, filled with more success, health and happiness. By applying The Aprelo Method she went from a dissatisfying, dead-end job to become a senior marketing executive in a big-brand global organisation. She understands first hand the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle and personal wellbeing.

 

Drawing on her own life experience, more than ten years of studying self-development principles and her Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner accreditation, Gabrielle works with other busy, savvy women to empower them to live a truly fulfilling life of wellbeing and happiness.

Carol Fox: Inner Beauty Stylist, Trainer, Speaker, Author

As one of Australia’s first professional female lifeguards, a state level swimmer and water polo player Carol Fox experienced the mindset of champions firsthand. Her years as a university lecturer confirmed her belief that champions are simply people who’ve found their life’s purpose and who live that purpose with clear focus.

Now Carol works with women to show them simple tools that enhance motivation, productivity communication and overall happiness.
