Founder of Aprelo, Inner Beauty Stylist and wellbeing enthusiast Gabrielle Aitken is absolutely passionate about personal wellbeing and helping women reach their full potential. She believes everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life of wellbeing and happiness and she has learned first hand that nurturing one’s inner beauty is paramount.
Having lived a life of self-doubt, emptiness, disappointment, poor health and frustration for many years, Gabrielle devised The Aprelo Method for Inner Beauty to break free from the helplessness and dissatisfaction to live a life that is truly hers, filled with more success, health and happiness. By applying The Aprelo Method she went from a dissatisfying, dead-end job to become a senior marketing executive in a big-brand global organisation. She understands first hand the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle and personal wellbeing.
Drawing on her own life experience, more than ten years of studying self-development principles and her Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner accreditation, Gabrielle works with other busy, savvy women to empower them to live a truly fulfilling life of wellbeing and happiness.

Our MethodologyOur Inner Beauty Styling sessions are conducted via telephone or Skype so you can enjoy being pampered from anywhere in the world. They are designed to empower you to live with more wellbeing and happiness through customised Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) In your one-on-one Styling sessions our Inner Beauty Stylists:
It’s important to us that you’re happy. If after your first session you’re not feeling sufficiently satisfied that the Stylist or the Styling Program is for you, you have the option of changing Stylists or receiving a refund less the cost of your first session and discontinuing the program. Inner Beauty Styling Packages1) Inner Beauty Make-Over Package This package is for savvy women who are feeling flat, unmotivated, de-energised or simply like there’s something missing in their lives. Perhaps you’re used to giving appreciation, respect and love to others you care about and not so good at giving it to yourself. Perhaps you’re looking for a new or different direction in life. Perhaps you’re not feeling happy within yourself and are not really sure why. Perhaps you’re feeling down on yourself and beating yourself up. Perhaps you simply feel like there must be something more to life. Pamper yourself with an Inner Beauty Make-Over!
The Inner Beauty Make-Over includes 6 x 30 minute Tele-Styling sessions with the Aprelo Inner Beauty Stylist of your choice at times that are convenient for you, regardless of your timezone.
Session 1: Values, Passion & Purpose – Is My Life Aligned? Session 2: Understanding and Celebrating Personal Strengths Session 3: Achieving Success and Kicking Ass Session 4: Clearing the Obstacles to Inner Beauty Session 5: Applying The Aprelo Method for Inner Beauty Session 6: Radiating Inner Beauty in Relationships, Work and Life.
Investment: 6 sessions for $700 (roughly the same investment as 6 facials with results that can be a lot longer lasting!).
You have the option of continuing your Inner Beauty pampering after the completion of your 6-session make-over with ongoing Styling sessions for the special price of $100 per 30 minute session.

The Inner Beauty Pick-Me-Up includes 3 x 30 minute Tele-Styling sessions with the Aprelo Inner Beauty Stylist of your choice at times that are convenient for you, regardless of your timezone.
