Returns & Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your product purchase you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in as new and re-saleable condition, and in the case of apparel, unworn with all labels and tags attached.

Returns and exchanges should be sent to: Aprelo Pty Ltd C/o Clear Edge PO Box 440, North Melbourne, Victoria, 3050, Australia. Please return goods in their original packaging (so we can re-use and/or recycle). Please also include your original invoice and clearly state:

  • Your name and contact details (phone number & email).
  • Your credit card (name on card, card number & expiry date) or bank account details (account name, BSB & account number).
  • The reason for your return.
  • What you would like us to do (return or exchange and if exchange, for what (size, colour, style).

 

For returns we will refund the price you paid for the product (less initial delivery charges) via the credit card or bank account details you provide us with your return. Where you are returning products that are defective or not the products you ordered, we will refund the full amount you paid, including initial delivery charges

For exchanges for a different size, style and/or colour we will charge a re-delivery fee of $9.95 for exchanges in Australia and $19.95 for exchanges internationally. Any differences in the price of exchanged items will be debited/credited via the credit card or bank account details you provide us with your return. Where you are exchanging products that are defective or not the products you ordered, you will not be charged a re-delivery fee.
