Postage & Delivery

Aprelo’s postage charges and delivery timeframes are as follows:

Aprelo delivers via Australia Post Registered Post so a signature is required. As such, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. It will be your responsibility to collect any re-directed parcels from the post office. We can also deliver to post office boxes.

*We do our best to deliver your purchase within the specified timeframes, however we cannot guarantee these delivery times as from time-to-time we may experience delays with our service providers.

For International Deliveries please note that the prices within the Aprelo Boutique do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Please also note that to comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. Legally we are also prohibited from marking the order as a gift, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
